Pat Walsh was most recently the Chief People Officer at Potbelly Sandwich Works and the incoming Chief People Office for Miniat Holdings. He holds degrees from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional. Pat serves on the University of Illinois School of Labor & Employment Relations Alumni Board, where he founded a scholarship. As a parent to a Naperville 203 student, Pat is passionate about NEF’s mission to help students take advantage of their education. “As a fairly new parent to the public school system, I realize the importance of involvement and having engaged members of the community to support education objectives,” Walsh said. “I'm excited about the mission to ensure educational opportunities are maximized for students across the Naperville community.”
