Earlier this month, FIRST LEGO League teams from all five junior high schools competed at an FLL qualifier hosted by Naperville North High School. Congratulations to the team from Jefferson Junior High School that advanced to sectionals!
It was an exciting day of teamwork, robotics and excitement for students, coaches and high school student leaders. Congratulations to all who participated! |

Students - Show your creativity and school pride!
|
All students are invited to create an "advertisement" for your school - a piece of art that answers the question "what makes your school special?" and features anything that is meaningful to the student about their school and school community. Your artwork should represent your school. |
One representative piece of art from each school will be displayed at the Building a Passion breakfast, published in an event newspaper to be distributed to the 300+ guests, and may be used in other NEF communications. Deadline: January 31, 2024

| Naperville North High School's Cocoa & Cram |
NEF was proud to be a part of Naperville North High School's Cocoa & Cram. The event, hosted and decorated by NNHS Home & School, SUCCESS, and the Board of Education, helped students prepare for final exams. NEF's Co-Chair Jenny Tank served hot cocoa with Board of Education members Charles Cush and Kristin Fitzgerald, NEF Trustee Stephanie Hebron worked the SUCCESS cocoa cart, and NEF's Student Ambassador from NNHS, Cathy Yang, shared study tips with her fellow students. Students enjoyed hot cocoa, candy canes, water and snacks donated by NNHS families and Principal Stephanie Posey raffled off gift cards she generously donated. |
