Celebrate February Express Grant recipients and save the date for upcoming events!

Congratulations to our February Express Grants Recipients!

Learn more about the three February Express Grants that received funding.

The Prairie Garden (Emily Fiedler - Prairie Elementary): Funds will be used for the creation of a large-scale ceramic garden art installation, the Prairie Garden. Students will make a prairie flower our of clay and their work will be planted outside the school building to welcome students back in the fall.

Consistent Calming Corners (Stephanie Schreiner - Maplebrook Elementary): Funds will be used for the creation of multiple, Consistent Calming Corners with the same look and feel at Maplebrook.

Dual Language, Dual Worlds: Cultivating Bicultural Readers Through Spanish Books (Eulalia Hernandez & Guadalupe Manrique - Beebe Elementary): Funds will be used to purchase modern, culturally relevant Spanish books that will enhance the current selection of dual language books that all students can access in the Learning Commons.
